Creating a Broadcast
Start a New Campaign
- Navigate to CRM → Broadcasts
- Click New Broadcast
- Configure your campaign:
- Campaign name (internal reference)
- Subject line
- From name and email
- Content

Selecting Recipients
All Contacts
Send to your entire contact list.
Filtered Contacts
Target specific segments:
- By Tag — Contacts with specific tags
- By Source — Where the contact came from
- By Activity — Recent engagement level
- By Custom Field — Any custom field value
Exclude Contacts
Remove specific contacts:
- Unsubscribed contacts (automatic)
- Specific tags
- Recent email recipients

Insert dynamic content:
